DOOM is such a massive inspiration. When I first started making music it was Rap / Hip-Hop. And the person who pushed me to was DOOM. Obviously I never met the guy but he was such a huge part of my life. He was such a mastermind. Beats and lyrics. Like, how can someone be so talented. I know people say no one’s perfect. But DOOM was definitely the closest thing to perfect. He’s such a lyrical genius. There’s SOOOOOO many memorable lyrics from this one man. His label “Your Favorite Rapper’s Favorite Rapper” was well deserved. He’s such a fucking legend. And it’s heartbreaking that he’s gone. I’m 15 now and next year I can get a tattoo with parental consent. And I’ll convince my mom to let my first tattoo be DOOM’s infamous mask.

Such a huge idol and icon and hero in my life. Got me through break ups, all downs, suicidal periods. In all honesty he’s a very massive reason why I’m still here. To DOOM. Thank you. And Rest In Peace. You will be missed and you WILL live on.
